Shining Tour is a premier Saudi-based car rental and VIP chauffeur service operating across key hubs in the Kingdom, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, and Medina. Built as a comprehensive 20+ page web ecosystem on WordPress, the platform caters to business executives, international tourists, and local residents seeking premium self-drive rentals, private airport transfers, and intercity chauffeur-driven transport. The website showcases a diverse fleet with full technical specifications, transparent daily/weekly rates, and a streamlined reservation workflow optimized for high conversion.

Projects Challenge

The car rental market in Saudi Arabia is fiercely competitive and predominantly mobile-driven (over 85% mobile visits). The primary challenge was organizing a massive 20+ page structure—encompassing city landing pages, airport transfer routes, corporate leasing options, and insurance terms—without compromising user orientation or page speed. Furthermore, standard eCommerce-style checkouts fail in the Gulf rental sector, where customers demand immediate quote confirmation via WhatsApp, transparent deposit/mileage policies, and clear visibility of vehicle features (luggage capacity, passenger count, child seat options). Finally, the client required complete production deployment on a cPanel hosting server with rock-solid database integrity, business email routing, and zero downtime.

The Solution

I conceptualized and developed a bespoke, high-end responsive UI/UX using Elementor Pro, paired with Custom Post Types (CPT) and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to establish an organized, easily updatable fleet inventory. Over 20+ dedicated landing pages were structured to capture organic search traffic across major Saudi metropolitan areas and airports. To eliminate booking friction, I implemented a dual-action conversion model: a one-click WhatsApp Business API trigger with pre-filled vehicle details for instant quote negotiation, alongside an intuitive multi-step booking request form. I handled the end-to-end deployment on cPanel hosting—configuring DNS records, SSL encryption, MySQL database provisioning, SMTP corporate mail routing, and LiteSpeed server caching to deliver lightning-fast load times under 2 seconds.
